We believe care shouldn't end at the hospital exit.

Most people leave a hospital or pharmacy with more questions than answers — a diagnosis or prescription, and no one to help make sense of it. That gap is where people get hurt: missed medication, ignored warning signs. We built My Quality Health Info to close it, on WhatsApp — no app, no waiting room, just a message to someone qualified to actually answer.

We're led by a registered nurse based in Nairobi with 20+ years in the field, including a particular interest in mental health and addiction science. If that's part of what you're navigating, it's part of what we can help with too.

What clients say

Before you message us

No. We help you understand and follow through on the care your doctor has already prescribed — we don't diagnose or replace your regular physician.
Usually within 1 hour during our active hours (8 hours a day, Monday–Saturday). Outside that window, we reply as soon as we're back online.
If you're having chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, or any other emergency, call your emergency number or go to the nearest hospital right away. We can't replace emergency care.
Send us a photo of your prescription. We confirm the medicines and total cost with you before buying anything, then deliver within 3 hours in Nairobi.
If you have one, a photo of your discharge summary or prescription. Otherwise, just tell us what's going on — when it started, what you've already tried, and any medications you're currently taking.
We're not therapists or addiction counselors, and we don't provide therapy. But we do have a particular interest in mental health and addiction science, and we can offer guidance, help you understand a treatment plan, and talk through practical first steps — what to ask a specialist, how to support adherence to a treatment or recovery plan, or just someone to talk to about what you're facing. For ongoing therapy or counseling, we'll help point you to the right specialist.

You don't have to figure this out alone.

Message us on WhatsApp. Tell us what's going on. We'll take it from there.
